"What if he says no?"
"He won't say no, Laura," said Mitch.
"But he might," worried Laura.
"You're a beautiful and intelligent woman. Why would he say no?" asked Mitch.
"You know men don't like a smart woman. They want to feel superior to a woman in every way," said Laura.
"Okay, a lot of them like to feel superior, but not all of them," Mitch defended.
"I guess I should just ask and see what he has to say," said Laura.
"I think that would be a great idea."

Laura came back to talk to Mitch, "He said yes. Can you believe it?"
Mitch responded, "I think I was the one who said he would."
"We're meeting on Thursdays after work and then we'll see where that goes."
"That sounds wonderful. See how much he likes you?" said Mitch.
"No, he doesn't like me, but he wants to beat me at handball on Thursdays."
