I found this marker in the sidewalk on Sepulveda Blvd in Westchester. There are several markers having to do with aircraft because of the close proximity to the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

This is an interesting way to decorate an othwise ugly door. There is definately an effort towards beautification in Westchester. This is located on Sepulveda Blvd, a short distance from LAX.
